- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Direct messages: anything you send me by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or social media.
This website does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and does not set cookies of its own. If that changes, I will update this policy first.
3. How I use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To plan, deliver and support projects you ask me to do.
- To keep records of the work I have done for you.
4. Services that help run this site
- Formspree receives what you type into the contact form and forwards it to my email.
- Netlify hosts this website and may process technical data such as your IP address in its server logs.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which can receive your IP address and browser details.
If you reach me through WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube or Instagram, those platforms handle your data under their own policies. Links on this site to other websites are not covered by this policy.
5. Sharing
I do not sell your information. I share it only with the service providers above, and where the law requires it.
6. How long I keep it
I keep enquiries and project messages only as long as needed to respond, deliver the work and keep reasonable project records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and object to how I use it. Email me and I will respond as soon as I can. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.
8. Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or message service is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details such as passwords or payment card numbers through the contact form.
9. Children
This website is not aimed at children under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
