The content here is for information about my work and services. Please do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or copy my designs, code or text and present them as your own.
3. Services
I offer web development, custom software development, ICT support, graphic design, digital media management and Google Business Profile setup. Descriptions on this site are general. The details of any job are agreed with you for that project.
4. Quotes and prices
Prices are negotiable and depend on the real scope of the work. A budget range and deadline help me suggest the right option. A quote applies to the scope agreed at the time.
5. How projects run
- We agree your goal, audience, budget and deadline.
- You approve a plan or design concept before heavy work begins.
- I build in stages and share previews so you can follow progress.
- After launch I hand over the files, and offer maintenance or training if you need it.
6. Payment, deadlines and ownership
Payment terms, delivery dates and who owns the finished work are agreed with you in writing before each project starts.
7. Materials you provide
If you give me logos, text, photos or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to let me use them for your project.
8. My portfolio
The designs and projects on this site may include work I made for clients. If you are a client and would like an item changed or removed, contact me and I will do so.
9. Software and third-party links
Software shown here, such as LiteStream Studio, is provided as is. Licence and usage notes are in the project's Microsoft Store listing or on its page here, where provided. I am not responsible for the content or practices of other websites that I link to.
10. Limits of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
